Terms and Conditions<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

1. Provider<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

(hereinafter referred to as the \u201cProvider\u201d)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Scope of Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The provider offers, in particular:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • branding and the creation of visual identities,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • website design and development,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • design and development of online stores,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • UX\/UI design,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • graphic design,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • DTP and preparation of print materials,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • product design,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • interior design,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • SEO, AIEO and GEO optimisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    3. Order and Formation of the Contractual Relationship<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    A contractual relationship is established:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • by the client's confirmation of the price quote,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • by signing the contract,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • or by paying the advance invoice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      By confirming the price quote, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4. Price and Payment Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The price of services is determined on a case-by-case basis in the price quote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      As a general rule, the Provider requires:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • A 50% deposit before work begins,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • A 50% balance payment prior to the delivery of the final deliverables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Invoices are due within 14 days, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        In the event of a delay in payment, the Provider reserves the right to suspend work on the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        5. Client Cooperation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        The client agrees to provide all necessary materials, texts, photographs, access, and information required for the project's implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The provider is not liable for any project delays caused by the client's late submission of materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        6. Proposals and Revisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Unless otherwise stated in the price quote, the price includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        • 1 concept proposal,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • A maximum of two rounds of comments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Any further adjustments or changes to the assignment will be billed at the current hourly rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          7. Copyright<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          The copyright to the designs remains the property of the Provider until the price has been paid in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the delivered deliverables for the purpose for which they were created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Source files (.ai, .psd, .fig, etc.) are not included in the delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          8. Presentation of References<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          The provider has the right to include the completed project in its portfolio, references, website, social media, and marketing materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          If a client does not wish to have the project made public, this request must be agreed upon in writing before the collaboration begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          9. Hosting, Domains, and Third-Party Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          The provider is not liable for outages or problems caused by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          • hosting provider,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • domain registrar,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • third-party platforms,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • updates to WordPress, Shoptet, Wix, and similar systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            10. SEO and GEO Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            SEO and GEO optimization are specialized activities aimed at increasing online visibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            The provider does not guarantee specific positions in search results or a specific number of visitors, inquiries, or orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            11. Withdrawal from the Collaboration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            The client may terminate the agreement in writing at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            In the event the project is terminated, the client is obligated to pay for all work performed up to the date of termination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            The advance payment is non-refundable once work on the project has begun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            12. Protection of Personal Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            The provider processes personal data in accordance with the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic and the GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            13. Final Provisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            These Terms and Conditions take effect on the date of their publication on the Provider\u2019s website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
