Bc. Natália Gemzová | Natty

Natty is a co-founder of Vavřík Studio, where she serves as the point of contact for our clients. In addition, she oversees marketing communications, business operations, content creation, and performance marketing for our design studio. In 2023, she successfully completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Prešov in Prešov. In her third year, she served as one of four Slovak student ambassadors for the EU Careers program at the European Personnel Selection Office. As an EU Careers Student Ambassador, she helped organize various lectures with representatives of EU institutions and even spoke as a presenter at one of the events. In addition, she managed social media content about career opportunities in European institutions. At the same time, she was a member of the Slovak Association of Psychology Students and Graduates (SAŠAP). At SAŠAP, she helped organise specialised psychology webinars and workshops and assisted with managing social media. While pursuing her master’s degree, she joined GymBeam, where she was promoted to Head of Recruitment after a short time, which led to her early withdrawal from the program. For more than two years, she held positions in HR and marketing, where she played a key role in automating administrative processes in HR and sales marketing. Shortly before leaving GymBeam, she worked as a Sales Campaign Specialist, which gave her experience managing large-scale sales events and marketing campaigns. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree at University of Essex Online in Business and Computing.

Mgr. art. Peter Pavel Vavřík | Vavro

Vavro is the founder of Vavřík Studio and the lead designer with over 10 years of experience in his field. He graduated from Innovation Design Studio at the Technical University of Košice, which focuses on research, experimentation, and the creation of functional and innovative design solutions. During his undergraduate studies, he participated in a half-year exchange program Erasmus+ in Portugal at European University of Lisbon, at the IADE Institute, where he gained experience in the studio for 3D modeling and visual communication. In 2019, he joined GymBeam as a graphic designer and later served as chief designer. At GymBeam, he focused on interior design, creating 3D visualisations and product mockups, and designing labels and marketing visuals. He is responsible for the design of the iconic GymBeam gym, which regularly appears in the brand’s photo and video content, as well as for the interior concepts of the Fitness Hubs in Prague, Budapest, Vienna, and Warsaw. After more than six years, he decided to leave GymBeam, which allowed him to expand his expertise and bring innovative design values to other industries as well. In May 2026, together with his girlfriend, he founded the design studio Vavřík Studio. Today, he works on projects such as branding and brand identity, website and e-shop design, interior design, 3D visualizations, product design, packaging and label design, as well as the preparation of graphic materials for digital and print media.

Shelby | Happiness Director

Shelby is a member of the support team at Vavřík Studio, and he’s a sweet little Maltese who helps keep the whole team in good spirits. You might run into him at our consultations, where he’ll definitely want to share his thoughts on the projects.

Diedrich Vaffel von Uhlhorn der Erste | Director of nooks and crannies

Diedrich is the second member of the support team at Vavřík Studio, and he’s a mischievous little cat who doesn’t miss even the smallest detail and finds every loophole in any project. During consultations, Diedrich might suddenly appear on Vavro’s shoulder out of nowhere. We adopted Diedrich from the organization Srdce pre mačky, which rescued him from a harsh life on the streets.
